The 21 Day Cleanse
OVERVIEW
The 21 Day Cleanse is designed to seamlessly flow through 3 weeks of reprogramming the digestive system. The herbs, fruits, veggies, and roots were carefully selected for this program to cleanse, restore, and balance. Yoruba Healers describe dis-ease as little bugs that have outgrown their sacks. Sugar is what allows those little bugs to set up inside the body. Once you continue to feed them, they grow and grow from the sugar, dairy, meat, etc until they can no longer fit inside their sacks. So they burst open and cause discord in the body!
WEEK 1
Our specially formulated Cleanse may provide benefits such as increased stamina, reduced food cravings, weight loss, mental clarity, healthy blood sugar, immune system support, improved digestion, and detoxifying effects. May also help to boost the body's energy levels, kill bacteria in the gut, and remove toxins from the lymph system while encouraging new cell growth.
For the first week of the cleanse, you will be mixing and drinking the Green Power Cleanse drink twice per day. Suggestion: Eat raw and drink water only! RAW MEANS UNCOOKED, UNPROCESSED, WHOLE FOODS. WEEK 2
Maximum nutrition and nourishment for your immune system. Our RECHARGE blend features an extremely dense nutrient profile that increases awareness of destructive eating patterns, allowing you increased focus. Naturally loaded with antioxidants, polyphenols, polysaccharides, bioflavonoids, enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
During the second week you will be restoring the gut activity. Make a Recharge Superfood drink in the morning & at night. Add it to juice or yogurt.

WEEK 3
Each serving gives you a delicious dark chocolate flavor, a satisfying 12 grams of high-quality plant-based protein, Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) fatty acids, 4 grams of fiber, and no added sugar!
During the last week of the cleanse, you will have the RESET Whole 30 Vegan Meal Replacement in the morning.
